Dr. André Bruni is the founder of Pearl Dental Group and has been practicing dentistry in Baton Rouge since 2001. With more than 25 years of experience, he has placed thousands of dental implants and completed hundreds of full-arch implant cases, from single-tooth replacement to complex full-mouth reconstruction.

Advanced Dental Implant Training

Implant dentistry has been a major focus of Dr. Bruni’s career. His advanced training includes implant surgery, bone grafting, full-arch reconstruction, implant prosthetics, and treatment of patients with significant bone loss.

He has pursued advanced education with respected implant clinicians including Dr. Dan Holtzclaw, Dr. Ramsey Amin, and Dr. Michael Pikos, as well as through Implants in Black and White and the LSU Dental Implant Continuum.

Dr. Bruni has also received advanced training in zygomatic and pterygoid implants, which may provide additional treatment options for certain patients with severe bone loss who may not be candidates for conventional implant treatment.

Full-mouth dental implants, including All-on-4 and All-on-X treatment, are a major focus of Dr. Bruni’s practice. He treats patients with failing or missing teeth, long-term denture use, advanced periodontal disease, bone loss, and complex restorative needs.

At Pearl Dental Group, implant treatment is planned using 3D CBCT imaging, digital treatment planning, photogrammetry, CAD/CAM technology, and an in-house dental laboratory. Dr. Bruni considers the surgical and restorative phases together—including bone, implant position, bite, tooth position, facial proportions, and smile design—to plan a result designed for both function and appearance.

For full-arch treatment, Pearl Dental Group uses zirconia definitive restorations, with the clinical and in-house laboratory teams working together on the design, fit, function, and appearance of the final smile.
