Dr. André Bruni is the founder of Pearl Dental Group and an experienced dental implant, cosmetic, and restorative dentist serving Baton Rouge since 2001. With more than 25 years of experience, Dr. Bruni has placed thousands of dental implants and completed hundreds of full-arch implant cases, helping patients restore their smiles with treatment ranging from single dental implants to complex full-mouth reconstruction.

Advanced Dental Implant Training

Advanced implant dentistry has been a major focus of Dr. Bruni’s career. He has pursued extensive hands-on education in implant surgery, bone grafting, full-arch reconstruction, implant prosthetics, and treatment of complex cases.

His advanced education has included training with respected leaders in implant dentistry, including Dr. Dan Holtzclaw, Dr. Ramsey Amin, and Dr. Michael Pikos, as well as Implants in Black and White and the LSU Dental Implant Continuum.

Dr. Bruni has also received advanced training in zygomatic and pterygoid implants, techniques that may provide treatment options for certain patients with severe bone loss who have been told they are not candidates for conventional implants.

Full-Mouth Implant Dentistry

Full-mouth dental implant reconstruction, including All-on-4 and All-on-X, is a major focus of Dr. Bruni’s practice. His experience includes patients with failing teeth, advanced periodontal disease, long-term denture use, significant bone loss, and complex restorative needs.

At Pearl Dental Group, implant treatment combines 3D CBCT imaging, digital treatment planning, photogrammetry, CAD/CAM technology, and an in-house dental laboratory.

Dr. Bruni approaches implant treatment from both a surgical and restorative perspective. Implant position, available bone, bite, facial proportions, tooth position, smile design, and the final restoration are considered together when planning treatment.

For full-arch cases, Pearl Dental Group uses zirconia definitive restorations, with the in-house clinical and laboratory teams working closely together on the design, fit, function, and appearance of the patient’s final teeth.

In addition to implant dentistry, Dr. Bruni has extensive experience in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, including porcelain veneers, crowns and bridges, smile makeovers, and complex full-mouth rehabilitation.
